- Massage the mixture onto your scalp for 5 minutes and leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes before rinsing it off.
- Massaging your scalp can help improve circulation and stimulate hair growth.
- Shampoo your hair and condition it to lock in the moisture.
Another way to use aloe on your hair is to mix it with your shampoo or conditioner. This will lessen the concentration of the product by lowering the amount of chemicals. If you want to make your own aloe shampoo:
- Mix 1/4 cup of aloe vera gel with 1/4 cup organic liquid castile soap
- 1 teaspoon glycerin
- 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Add a few drops of essential oils to make the shampoo smell pleasant.
Keep in mind that aloe’s effectiveness will depend on what is causing your hair to fall out. However, if hormones, stress or genetics mainly causes your condition then you may want to look for another remedy from a homeopath that can help treat your condition.
As with any treatment, it will take a few months before you will see any benefits because your hair takes time to grow and no treatment provides instant results.

Natural hair loss supplements are everywhere and most of them claim that they can reverse hair loss and help you grow hair at a faster rate. While these claims have no scientific evidence to back them up, hair supplements are still worth trying because of other benefits they offer.

- Copper supplements may help stimulate hair growth cells, allowing your hair to grow at a faster rate.
Other Ingredients in Hair Loss Supplements
Other common ingredients that you can find in most hair supplements include zinc, B vitamins (B1, B5, B6, B9 and B 12), beta sitosterol, Omega 3 and 6, MSM, amino acids, Vitamin A and Vitamin E.
