This is fascinating to know as I had no idea that so many of these natural foods and ingredients had great healing attributes. I have also read from other sources that natural honey in conjunction with natural cinnamon together worked wonders for many ailments ranging from obesity to the common cold. What do you think of that?
Hi Marcie,
I have heard people say that honey and cinnamon used together is excellent for the digestive system, therefore aiding weight loss. As far as working for overcoming obesity, I would have to say no.
For helping with the common cold, I would definitely say yes. Honey is the first food I reach for when I have a cold…and as I was a commercial beekeeper not too long ago…it is one of the first healing foods I use for many ailments.
