Hair loss is one of the most common aging-related problems that men and women have to deal with. Even young people can suffer with diffuse hair loss. Advocates of aromatherapy as a natural hair loss treatment say that certain natural oils do promote hair growth, like the oils of lavender, cedar wood, rosemary and thyme. Not only that, these oils can also give you a feeling of overall relaxation and reduce your mind and body’s stress levels.
That said, it would seem that the obvious way to remedy the situation is to increase your zinc and copper intake through a healthy diet. Just don’t overdo it with too many supplements. Too much of a good thing, is not always good! If you overdo this, it may also cause unhealthy effects on your hair and body. Too much of these minerals may not be the best thing for you so make sure that you consult your health care professional first.
