  1. I do prefer natural remedies and natural therapies. Being depressed comes out naturally in us because this condition is triggered by many factors. When at work, we tend to be stressed out and experience depression. Some would even get depressed because of pressure from family or other social issues. To get treated, it is better to immediately consult to experts and take natural remedies.

      Yes they do. I love homeopathic medicines especially for anxiety and depression. I know what it’s like to have anxiety and I know sometimes an herbal tea and deep breathing doesn’t always stop the anxiousness and sadness.

    I found myself seeking in a slump after my son died and I didn’t think that I would ever get out of it. My husband wanted me to get on medicine for it but I didn’t feel that it was necessary but I finally broke down and went to the doctor. My doctor told me some of the same things that you wrote about, yoga and meditation. It turns out that sometimes we just need to calm ourselves. He helped me to understand that this feeling that I had was for a reason and although I was hurting, I would one day smile again. I still meditate whenever I am feeling stressed or have the case of the blues.

  4. I have been suffering with anxiety lately, not bad attacks or anything like that, but I have noticed it’s more than my normal stress. I hadn’t thought of anxiety ever being a problem for me, but I am glad to see it could be helped with diet and natural treatments.

    I always thought anxiety was a problem where people had to go to a doctor for full-on prescription drugs.

    So seeing as I don’t have full blown panic attacks or anything like that I guess that bottle of Anxietin might help me then?
